What is backx.trade?

backx.trade is a hedge and issuer trading platform on Robinhood Chain, built by GAZZFUN LLC. Traders go long on a coin (profit when its price rises) or short (profit when it falls) with leverage. Issuers supply the USDC and coins that back them.

What is a long with leverage?

Accepted Answer

A long buys real tokens worth your margin times the leverage. You pay exactly the amount you enter; fees come out of it. At 5×, $100 opens a position of about $482; issuers lend the rest. If the price falls to the liquidation price the position is closed and issuers are repaid first. You can never lose more than you paid.

What does an issuer do?

An issuer supplies USDC to a coin's USD reserve on the Issue Reserve page. That USDC is lent to longs and comes back first when they close. Issuers earn a borrow fee, a share of gains and a share of what is left after a liquidation. Earnings are not guaranteed.

You pay exactly the amount you enter. Fees, including a small gas amount for the validator that closes positions, are taken out of it once when the position opens. There are no funding fees.

Is backx.trade self-custodial?

Yes. Every user gets their own embedded wallet. Deposits go straight to it and withdrawals go to an address the user types in.

Robinhood Chain, with 20+ chains planned. Positions settle on-chain in open contracts owned by a multisig (Safe). The swap portal also routes same-chain swaps on Ethereum, Base and BNB Chain.

$GAZZ is the core token of BackX, part of the gazz.fun ecosystem. Platform fees go on-chain to the BackX Treasury and 10 % of them goes to people who stake $GAZZ or Gazz Tanks NFTs on BackX, so BackX shares its revenue with the community.
